Responsibilities

General Skills (Communication and Soft Skills)

• Listen and respond appropriately, probe and position to build a dialogue with the customer and create a positive experience
• Empathize with and relate to customers
• Prioritize the customer's needs and concerns throughout the call
• Structure each call in an organized, efficient and professional manner that the customer can easily follow
• Present yourself as positive, polite and professional throughout the call

Technical Skills

• Basic knowledge and understanding of the overall client process
• Identify routine customer needs and problems, and determine solutions or options to resolve them using the current workflow
• Show technology savviness and adapt quickly to changes in tools and processes

Preferred Skills

Customer Service, specifically Regular Customer Service.
