Responsibilities

• Strong communication skills to handle client issues over calls, chat and email.
• Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy or Control M is an advantage.
• Experience resolving queries using voice support on VPN, drivers, O365, driver installations and Active Directory.
• General support knowledge of operating systems across platforms, plus basic networking and cloud computing concepts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
• Willingness to work 24x7 in a work from office setup.
• Analytical problem solving to understand and resolve customer issues.
• Quick thinking to own and resolve customer issues independently, thoroughly and efficiently.
• Proactive, with full respect for the customer's time.
• Good time management so every customer contact adds value.

Must-Have Requirements

• Completion of specific, dedicated training programs set by the client.
• 24x7 availability with flexible shifts.
