We are looking for motivated Graduate Engineers with skills in Full Stack Development, AI Engineering and DevOps. You should have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, a passion for learning, and an interest in IBM and open-source technologies, with a focus on Automation and AI solutions.

You will be a self-starter who needs limited supervision, with good communication skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize. This is a high-profile project at the core of IBM's new Workflow Automation strategy, and working with a wide range of stakeholders will be critical to meeting the high standards expected.

Technical Focus

• A solid base in programming languages, with Go, Java and Python (or other scripting languages) as useful additions.
• Front-end skills with React, Redux, Node.js, JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML and CSS.
• Foundational knowledge of AI application development, including LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, RAG, MCP tools and Generative AI.
• Understanding of database concepts and common databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL and ChromaDB.
• Participation in DevOps and CI/CD initiatives to improve development efficiency and software quality.
• Backend development using Python, Java or Go, along with API-driven interfaces, API testing and API automation.
• Test automation development using Ansible and Python, and test tools such as Jest, Cypress and Codecept.
• Experience with GitHub for source code control.
• Knowledge of cloud services including IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure and GCP, plus Kubernetes, Docker, Red Hat OpenShift and Linux systems.
