As a Process Associate – Recruitment, you will work with partners and provide end-to-end recruitment support. You will work closely with the client, IBM's operations management, and staff. You will define, develop, plan, and implement sourcing strategies to build a qualified talent pool. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Taking partial ownership of the sourcing life cycle, ensuring process adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA)
• Implementing new sourcing methods, assessing candidate suitability, and setting rigorous screening criteria to identify top talent
• Collaborating with business leaders to set goals for the Global Delivery Center on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Using ATS to screen candidates and regularly update candidate status in the ATS tool
• Graduating with 0-1 year of experience in sourcing and recruitment (preferably in ITES/BPO/FA domains)
• Showing the ability to build rapport and collaborate with Hiring Managers from open requisition through sourcing, debriefing, and offer stages
• Being proficient in social media channels and other creative sourcing methods
• Bringing proven partner management experience, handling challenging discussions with confidence, developing deep domain knowledge and business strategy, and driving innovation
• Being proficient in MS Office applications
• Being self-directed and ambitious, and meeting targets effectively
• Demonstrating the ability to analyse complex data, along with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
