Job Description

This role handles customer emails in a timely, professional and empathetic way. You will resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, returns, refunds, payments, product information and account queries.

• Keep every customer interaction accurate while maintaining a high standard of written communication.
• Meet daily productivity, quality and service level targets.
• Follow company policies, processes and compliance guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to the right teams when needed.
• Record customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems.
• Work with internal teams to resolve issues on time.
• Stay current on products, promotions, policies and process changes.
• Support a positive team environment and continuous improvement initiatives.
