Job Description

You will process and respond to incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders, making sure resolutions are timely and accurate. Strong verbal and written communication is needed to work with stakeholders and internal teams. You will also keep accuracy and quality high while processing transactions, following defined SOPs, SLAs and process guidelines.

You will coordinate with relevant teams to resolve queries, discrepancies and exceptions, with follow-up and escalation where needed. Maintaining documentation and trackers, supporting reporting requirements and contributing to continuous process improvement are also part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming requests from internal and external stakeholders, with timely and accurate responses.
• Carry out day-to-day Finance & Accounting activities in line with established process guidelines, SOPs and SLAs.
• Apply accounting knowledge while processing transactions, reviewing financial information and resolving discrepancies.
• Investigate stakeholder queries and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution, including follow-ups and escalations where required.
• Maintain high accuracy and quality so all assigned requests are completed within agreed timelines.
• Maintain documentation, trackers and supporting records, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
