Responsibilities

• Review and validate insurance claim information for accuracy and completeness.
• Process claims in line with company guidelines, underwriting rules, and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with clients to collect missing details or clarifications needed for claim adjudication.
• Identify and flag errors, discrepancies, or incomplete documentation for correction or escalation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date claim records and related documentation.
• Support team members in resolving basic claim issues, escalating complex cases to senior staff as needed.
• Consistently follow policies, compliance standards, and turnaround timelines to ensure quality processing.
