Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for all activities related to the I2C domain, including:

• Reconciling the agent account against the remittance provided by the account current agent.
• Posting the amount on policy bill lines received from the agent for policy premium.
• Following up with agents on delinquent items and on amounts lying in the suspense account.
• Making sure transaction quality complies with the predefined parameters set by SLA metrics.
• Providing relevant process reports on time.
• Adhering to established attendance schedules, i.e. predefined rosters.
• Following company policies and procedures.
• Coaching and grooming team members to build a strong and efficient team.
