EXL Hiring Accounts Payable Executive (Kochi) | Hybrid

Job Description

• Process invoices, debit and credit memos, reversals, Tx Shuttle entries, and record payments for goods, services and related expenses in the General Ledger.
• Set up vendor accounts and reconcile vendor statements.
• Work with client contacts and vendors to resolve pricing and quantity discrepancies on invoices and invoice exceptions in a timely way.
• Respond to AP inquiries and requests from vendors and business associates.
• Periodically reconcile vendor accounts, and request missing invoices and vendor statements.
• Update vendor master information as requested by vendors or business associates, and handle vendor master inquiries.
• Follow applicable policies, procedures, standards and internal controls.
