Job Description

B.E/B.Tech in any stream, with Mechanical or Civil preferred. Proficiency in Inventor or SolidWorks is a must, and a relevant certification is preferred. Candidates should have 0-3 years of work experience using SolidWorks and AutoCAD extensively. Experience in the swimming pool industry is preferred but not necessary.

Candidates should be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with strong math skills, attention to detail, time management and multitasking. Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand customer requirements are expected, along with clear written and interpersonal communication. Self-motivation, a learning mindset and accuracy are important, as is the ability to work under pressure during peak season.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high quality designs within set timelines and meet business targets. Use training and feedback to improve efficiency and accuracy. Work in a fast-paced, high-volume production design environment and use existing tools and systems to design products.

Build effective working relationships with internal and international teams and apply constructive feedback for personal growth. Handle highly confidential information such as reports, manuals and designs with discretion. Saturday work is required during peak business months and is paid extra.
