Role Overview

Genpact is inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee in the Invoice-to-Cash (I2C) function, focusing on collections. The role involves supporting collection activities, handling disputes, and assisting with accounts receivable processes to ensure timely settlements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage activities related to deductions, disputes, and collections within the accounts receivable domain.
• Handle invoice collections and oversee processes such as dispute identification and resolution, account reconciliation, credit balance handling, and unclaimed property administration.
• Review customer deductions to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to collect necessary documentation for deduction resolution.
• Monitor open deductions and ensure they are addressed quickly to minimize financial impact.
• Follow up with relevant teams to gather supporting information required for dispute or deduction resolution.
• Identify and resolve recurring or occasional process bottlenecks.
• Support collection targets while delivering quality customer service and improving knowledge of tools used for collection activities.
• Receive reimbursement notifications and perform acceptability analysis within defined thresholds.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of tax-related processes is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
