Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing line
  • Identify and resolve quality issues in production
  • Ensure equipment calibration is conducted on schedule and maintain reports
  • Perform Verification & Validation activities for equipment and production processes
  • Prepare and maintain Validation & Verification Reports
  • Support equipment installation and maintenance activities
  • Oversee ordering of tools and equipment for manufacturing
  • Manage non-conforming products and clear daily and weekly reports
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and supplier quality teams to resolve material issues
  • Work with suppliers for part rejections and rework
  • Prepare and update work instructions and device history records
  • Train the manufacturing team on process changes
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Poke Yoke improvements
  • Drive cost, quality, and productivity enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with EHS regulations
  • Maintain inventory of capital goods and ensure proper traceability

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or up to one year of relevant experience
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Ability to document, plan, and execute projects
  • Knowledge of manufacturing process improvements and quality control

Education Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field

Technical Skills Required: Power Electronics, RF Coil Manufacturing, Equipment Calibration, Verification & Validation, Quality Control, Process Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Project Management, Supplier Coordination, EHS Compliance, Documentation, Problem-Solving, Manufacturing Tools & Equipment
