About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic engineering graduates to join our Field Service team and support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of advanced technical equipment. In this role, you'll work closely with customers, troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure systems operate reliably while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What You'll Do

  • Install, maintain, and service technical equipment at customer locations.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and system-level issues efficiently.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and complete scheduled service activities.
  • Maintain accurate service reports and technical documentation.
  • Implement product updates, modifications, and maintenance procedures.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Build strong customer relationships by delivering timely and professional support.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and established service processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), or a related engineering discipline.
  • Strong understanding of electronics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting fundamentals.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel and provide on-site customer support.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with technical teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of electronic systems, instrumentation, and diagnostic tools.
  • Understanding of preventive maintenance and technical support processes.
  • Ability to analyze system failures and perform root cause analysis.
