Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Contribute to team activities across rotational assignments, alongside formal classroom studies.
• Partner with teams within the business unit to define needs, communicate project approach and present outcomes.
• Build a basic understanding of key business drivers and use it to complete your own work. Understand how your team's work fits with other teams and contributes to the area.
• Contribute to a wide variety of projects and assignments to grow leadership skills, business acumen and technical skills.
• Work within a team setting and/or under guidance from the Assignment Manager.
• Show good interpersonal skills at this level. Communicate with colleagues and the business about design and coordination services. For customer facing roles, build strong customer relationships and act as the interface between the customer and GE HealthCare. Explain technical information to others.
