Tata Communications Hiring Custom Service Executive in Chennai | Freshers Eligible

This is an operational role within Fibre/Mobile services. You will drive day to day system and service engineering and operations, planning, designing and as-built of fibre assets in GIS tools, with guidance and advice as needed to deliver quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support fibre and mobile planning and design.
• Update GIS systems with the as-built documents received.
• Update PEGA/SAP tools with PO and invoice details.
• Coordinate with onshore stakeholders and suppliers to complete assigned works on time.
• Maintain SLA and FTR at 100%.
• Keep your own data and customer data secure and error-free.
• Take an active part in customer and internal meetings.

Technical Competencies

• Working knowledge of telecom network architecture and components, including optical fibre and mobile networks.
• Detailed knowledge of GIS and its tools such as AutoCAD, Small World, ArcGIS, PEGA or SAP.
• Understanding of fibre/mobile network planning, design and as-builts, quantity surveying and supplier management. PMO skills are an added advantage.
• Good communication skills to hold conversations with onshore and offshore stakeholders at different levels.
• Knowledge of radio base stations and their components. Coordinate with field engineers to keep actions aligned with 100% SLA and quality.
