Job Description

The Manager will facilitate collaboration between government entities, manage inter-agency relationships, and make sure collaborative initiatives are implemented effectively for public service advancement. This role sits within PhysicsWallah Limited's Government Partnerships department.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain effective relationships with government agencies, officials and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate and facilitate government partnership projects, keeping them aligned with organizational goals and government priorities.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, policies and requirements in all partnership initiatives.
• Facilitate clear and transparent communication between the organization and government entities, sharing key information and updates.
• Oversee the development and management of partnership agreements, contracts and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
• Represent the organization's interests professionally within government forums.
• Manage and monitor budgets for government partnership projects, ensuring financial compliance and accountability.
• Facilitate the application and management of grants, subsidies or funding from government sources.
• Analyze government policies and initiatives to identify opportunities or challenges for the organization.
• Address and resolve issues that arise during government partnership projects.
• Work with internal departments to align programs and initiatives with partnership objectives.
• Compile and report relevant data and metrics to assess the impact and effectiveness of partnership activities.
• Support capacity-building efforts to strengthen understanding and skills related to government partnerships.
• Engage with communities affected by partnership programs, making sure their needs and concerns are considered.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all partnership activities and produce regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
