Roles and Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting quality and regulatory functions, particularly focusing on complaint handling processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates looking to begin a career in healthcare compliance and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing product complaint handling activities
  • Supporting various Quality & Regulatory initiatives to ensure safety and effectiveness of products in the field
  • Developing foundational understanding of professional quality and compliance standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvements
  • Utilizing technical knowledge to assist in compliance documentation and program support
  • Participating in root cause analysis and corrective action planning
  • Supporting internal audits and regulatory submissions as needed

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline (such as Biomedical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, etc.)
  • 0 to 1 year of relevant experience is acceptable

Desired Skills and Attributes

  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Good organizational and documentation abilities
  • Capable of executing and tracking programs or projects
  • Exposure to regulatory or quality management systems is a plus
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
