EXL Hiring Deduction Analyst in Kochi | Freshers Eligible

Job Description

EXL is looking for a detail-oriented, analytical professional to join its Accounts Receivable team as a Deduction Analyst. You will research, validate and resolve customer deductions by reviewing supporting documents, analyzing deduction trends and transaction data, and checking claims against customer agreements and company policies.

You will issue credit memos for valid deductions, process chargebacks for invalid claims, work with Customer Service and other cross-functional teams to settle disputes, and use customer portals to get documentation and manage claims. The role also includes preparing reports and account insights that support collections and improve cash flow.

The ideal candidate has strong Excel and analytical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Application, Deduction Management or related Order-to-Cash processes.

Key Responsibilities
