Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Process all transactions within defined turnaround times and quality standards.
- Maintain policyholder records in the applicable systems.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate exceptions as required.
- Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and information security requirements.
- Take part in cross-training and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
- Support continuous improvement activities and process enhancement projects.
- Work with supervisors, SMEs, and quality teams to improve operational performance.
