Job Description
Data entry and capture within Procure to Pay processing, including issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing of all kinds of POs and discrepancies received from client.
- Weekly responsibilities include ensuring ticket closure, PO reporting, pivot reports, and vendor reporting analysis.
- Discrepancy handling: research and resolve outstanding vendor discrepancies.
- Query handling: provide excellent customer service by responding to email requests within 24 hours.
- Recognize and escalate urgent or sensitive issues to the manager.
- Perform vendor reconciliations.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
- Ensure SLA targets are achieved.
- Train new staff on all processes and related software or applications.
- Eliminate non-value additions in the process.
Qualifications
B. Com or any commerce graduate.
Skills & Competencies
- Time management skills
- Knowledge of ERP software (GP)
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Access, and MS Excel
- Proficient verbal and written communication
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Team player (working in a department with a staff of 16)
- Ability to learn quickly
