What you'll do
You will work as an individual contributor and as part of the Quality CoE within the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence in Pune. The role mainly supports the Business Quality team on supplier quality workstreams and projects.
- Work closely with Eaton sites and suppliers on supplier quality topics
- Support SSA, PPAP, DMR and QSDM topics
- Assist in data analysis and business growth for various supplier quality processes
- Show willingness to learn and adapt quickly
Skills
- Good communication with internal and external customers, plus negotiation skills
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work unsupervised with decision making authority
- Readiness to work in any shift
- Fluent English in speaking and writing
- Good collaboration skills and the ability to manage cross-functional team members
- Flexible attitude with willingness to learn new skills
- Self-directing and self-motivating
