DHL IT Services is hiring fresh and technically passionate graduates to join our global team of over 5,600 IT professionals. As an Associate Trainee, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative team developing sustainable digital logistics solutions. Responsibilities
- Participate in onboarding training for relevant technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on the development and deployment of IT solutions.
- Utilize data analysis, design, and modeling techniques to improve data structures.
- Design, code, test, document, and refine simple programs and scripts.
- Troubleshoot and debug software applications to improve functionality.
- Gain an understanding of DHL’s core business products and services.
- Contribute to a positive team environment aligned with DHL’s core values.
Eligibility Criteria
- Only for 2025 batch graduates with no prior work experience
- Minimum CGPA of 7.0 or above
- No standing arrears at the time of application
- Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in one of the following:
- Computer Science
- Information Technology
- Computer Engineering
- Software Engineering
- Data Science or related technical branches
- Strong foundation in core technical concepts and new technologies
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to new challenges
- Exposure to software engineering principles or formal methodologies is a plus
- Must mention specialization and degree clearly in the CV
Technical Skills : data structures, object-oriented programming, Java, Python, SQL, Git, basic networking concepts, REST APIs, debugging, software testing, data analysis, scripting, software development life cycle
Location & Commitment
- Base Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
- Relocation Policy: No relocation allowed for the first 18 months
- Travel for Interview: Candidates must cover their own travel costs for interviews in Indore
