HR Data Analytics Intern at DHL Mumbai
DHL Global Forwarding Freight Shared Services (India) LLP is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Data Analytics Intern to join our team in Mumbai. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR analytics, focusing on talent acquisition, data visualization, and automation projects. You will work closely with the HR Manager and collaborate with team members to analyze data, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition Analytics: Collect and organize recruitment data, prepare performance dashboards, and analyze recruitment metrics in collaboration with local HR representatives.
- Digitalization & Automation Projects: Document current workflows, design automated solutions, and participate in testing and evaluating tools and software.
- Data Management & Reporting: Maintain HR data systems for accuracy and integrity, generate regular and ad-hoc reports, and provide analytical insights to HR leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related fields. Engineering students interested in HR may also apply.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Availability to intern from January 2026 for a minimum of 6 months and up to 1 year.
