Role Overview
As an AI Engineer, you will help the engineering team identify real world challenges and apply AI driven solutions that improve efficiency and accelerate solution delivery. The role focuses on using modern AI tools and models to implement practical use cases that increase productivity and reduce time to market.
Key Requirements
- Strong experience with Python, prompt engineering, and Generative AI models.
- Ability to design and apply AI use cases for business and IT process improvements.
- Familiarity with AI workflow tools such as LangChain and n8n is beneficial.
- Experience using context engineering techniques including RAG and MCP protocols to produce relevant and reliable outputs.
- Understanding of software development methodologies along with DevSecOps practices and tools.
- Working knowledge of Java and Node.js programming languages.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git and common project management tools.
You should be comfortable working independently, managing priorities under time pressure, and collaborating with international teams. Strong written and spoken English is important due to cross region coordination.
