Job Description

• Provide first-level technical support by phone, chat, and remote support tools.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Support Active Directory tasks such as password resets and account unlocks.
• Handle Office 365 and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting.
• Log, categorize, track, and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 and Level 3 support teams.
• Maintain accurate ticket documentation and knowledge base updates.
• Own incidents from creation to closure.

Key support areas include Windows and Mac troubleshooting, Active Directory, Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365, basic networking, Outlook support, printer and peripheral troubleshooting, and laptop or desktop support.

The work shift is rotating (India). The job type is regular and the English proficiency required is Advanced (C1).
