Job Description

• Demonstrate excellent communication skills.
• Complete quality checks as defined and agreed with client contracts.
• Manage the ITC portfolio and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to customer emails about payment, dispute and collections queries.
• Maintain exception logs for process-related exceptions as they occur, for knowledge retention.
• Prepare and complete SOPs or process manuals as per client and process requirements.
• Adhere to the internal compliance policies and guidelines set by management in daily operations.
• Perform daily internal audits.
