Job Description

• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues to find root causes and implement solutions.
• Carry out regular system maintenance such as updates, backups and patches.
• Work with cross-functional teams to introduce new technologies and improve existing systems.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures and configurations.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data from cyber threats.
