The Application Owner (AO) is responsible for the management of a single application or a portfolio of applications. The role ensures applications are maintained and improved in alignment with the bank’s IT security, risk, and compliance requirements while meeting service levels for stakeholders and clients. The AO identifies risks or issues related to the application and escalates them appropriately when required.
Any Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized university. Familiarity with software technology tools such as UNIX, Windows, Java, .NET, Oracle, Sybase, SQL, and web concepts is beneficial. Knowledge of IT security, risk and compliance practices and understanding of the systems development lifecycle are desirable.
