Job Description

• Provide an optimal customer experience, demonstrating Mouser values to each customer.
• Accurately process various types of customer requests, including but not limited to orders, special handling, quotes, returns, catalogs, samples, product information, and details about Mouser services.
• Determine customer expectations and offer options to meet their needs.
• Generate new and repeat business through customer service initiatives and by offering associated products and promotional items.
• Follow up with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction.
• Promote and maintain high standards of quality and service excellence.
• Process work in a timely manner and meet daily productivity objectives, displaying a sense of urgency while achieving quality and productivity goals.
• Research and expedite customer requests.
• Monitor and ensure delivery dates and product quality to meet customer requirements.
• Provide price and delivery quotes to customers within company-specified deadlines.
• Understand and correctly work with multiple currencies and other requirements related to processing international orders.
• Exhibit effective time management and planning/organizing skills.
• Provide chat support as required, in the local language plus other required languages.
• Support and participate in the company's total quality and customer service expectations.
• Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, in the local language (minimum), including in a telephone environment.
• Successfully complete the Customer Service Representative I Professional Progression Plan.
• Consistently meet or exceed Customer Service Representative II performance metric requirements.
• Hold a Bachelor's degree.
