Apprenticeship Program: Project Development Service
This apprenticeship provides practical exposure to project development services while working alongside experienced engineers. The role involves supporting engineering activities, participating in project coordination, and gaining hands-on knowledge of civil, electrical, and mechanical systems used in projects.
Responsibilities
- Support senior engineers in reviewing design basis reports, drawings, and assisting with design and development tasks for ongoing projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor daily progress and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare daily progress reports, documentation, and presentations to communicate project status.
- Work with cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in projects.
- Develop project management capabilities such as scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies and machinery.
- Assist in testing and commissioning activities for civil, electrical, and mechanical engineering systems.
- Take part in training and development programs aimed at building technical and professional skills.
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following company safety policies and procedures.
- Support quality control processes to ensure engineering projects meet required quality, safety, and environmental standards.
Candidate Profile
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Good analytical and mathematical capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
- Self-motivated and committed to learning.
