Job Description

About the Role:

• Prepare daily reports and MIS documents including Monthly Management System (MMR) and QBR reports.
• Assist the client with compiling information and preparing presentations.
• Provide property tours and share property listings when required.
• Coordinate with the Facility Manager to review vendor performance metrics on a monthly basis.
• Receive visitors at the office premises and guide them appropriately according to the defined process.
• Maintain and update existing contracts with different vendors.
• Liaise with vendors regarding contract renewals.
• Compare, evaluate, and recommend vendors as needed.
• Ensure the MMR for the previous month is submitted before the 7th of every month.
• Submit daily and weekly reports to the client within the defined timelines.
• Send calendar invitations to relevant stakeholders for meetings such as MMR and QBR.
• Record minutes of meetings during discussions and review sessions.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0 to 3 years of experience, preferably within the facility management industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
