Job Description Summary

This role involves monitoring and executing MEP works at the project site in line with approved drawings and specifications.

Job Description

• Plan, monitor, and carry out MEP activities according to project schedules and design requirements.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and supervise on-site work.
• Review engineering drawings and technical specifications, providing necessary inputs for execution.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to address and resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety guidelines, and statutory regulations.
• Prepare and review progress reports, measurement records, and documentation that supports billing.
• Identify project risks and suggest corrective measures to prevent delays or cost overruns.

• Ability to interpret drawings and execute work effectively at the site.
• Capable of monitoring concrete works during project execution.
• Ability to identify and report quality issues at the appropriate time.
