Cushman & Wakefield Hiring Civil Engineering Apprentice Gurgaon | ₹3-5 LPA

Job Summary

This role focuses on investment risk monitoring, technical due diligence, and lender’s engineering within the Indian real estate sector. The position supports technical evaluation and monitoring of real estate projects from risk, compliance, cost, and progress perspectives.

The apprentice will assist with project assessments, documentation reviews, and site monitoring activities while working with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in conducting technical due diligence and lender’s engineering assignments for real estate projects.
• Carry out site visits to collect primary data and monitor construction progress.
• Review project schedules, budgets, and costs, identifying gaps between planned and actual progress.
• Evaluate project risk parameters and prepare structured reports.
• Examine statutory approvals, regulatory compliance, and construction-related documentation.
• Support preparation and evaluation of project cost estimates, schedules, BOQs and BBS.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants during project assignments.
• Ensure deliverables meet defined quality standards and internal processes.
• Assist account management activities throughout the lifecycle of assignments.
• Maintain awareness of environmental, safety, and quality standards across construction sites.

Skills and Tools

• Working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Exposure to project scheduling tools such as MSP or Primavera.
• Basic familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Ability to review and interpret technical and business documentation.
