Job Description

Purpose of the role

Provide operational support to Wholesale Lending through daily processing, reviews, reporting, trading activities, and issue resolution.

Accountabilities

• Assist with Wholesale Lending operations including processing, reporting, trade activities, and resolving issues using technical lending knowledge.
• Monitor lending operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale Lending processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance processes and recommend improvements.
• Develop and implement procedures and controls that reduce risk and maintain operational efficiency.
• Create reports and presentations on Wholesale Lending performance and share insights with senior stakeholders.
• Track industry trends and developments to incorporate best practices in Wholesale Lending services.
• Take part in projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational effectiveness.
