CIB: Assist in supporting financing solutions for clients by helping prepare marketing materials, performing credit analysis, and supporting the execution of financing transactions across sectors.
COO Office: Monitor regulatory developments in India's financial services sector, develop execution plans to ensure compliance, coordinate with stakeholders, and publish progress dashboards. The role may involve using GenAI tools to track changes and create reporting dashboards.
Customer Service Operations: Interact with corporate clients through branch networks, email, white mail, and phone channels. The team also supports debit card hot listing and fraud reporting related to IMPS payments.
Finance: Support financial control processes to ensure Barclays meets external reporting obligations, including statutory financial statements and regulatory filings. Activities include ensuring procedures are completed for timely and accurate reporting.
FX Operations: Global Market Operations manages FX, derivatives, fixed income, and money market activities. Products include interest rate derivatives, FX spot, forwards, options, fixed income instruments, loans, deposits, bonds, and government securities.
Markets Business Management: Oversee governance across macro trading businesses, ensuring compliance with control frameworks, regulatory standards, and pricing governance. Work closely with trading desks to monitor P&L, balance sheet usage, and performance metrics.
Markets Sales Support: Provide operational and administrative support to trading desks and sales teams. This includes handling routine processes, supporting research activities, and sharing relevant market information.
Markets Trading Support: Coordinate trade execution by working with traders, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth and accurate transaction processing.
Risk: Maintain data integrity within risk management processes and update credit risk systems to ensure parameters align with approved limits. Support senior credit officers with portfolio risk assessments and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Credit: Work with private bankers, service managers, and infrastructure teams to deliver product solutions, trade ideas, and strategies for clients.
Company Secretarial (CS): Support governance, compliance, and regulatory responsibilities across multiple legal entities to meet corporate law requirements for Barclays Private Bank in India.
Investment Teams: Assist investment professionals with preparing presentations, analytics, and client reporting. Activities include portfolio analysis, report preparation, and data gathering using platforms such as Bloomberg, ICRA MFI, and Morningstar.
