Role Overview

As an Associate Product Analyst in the Core Software Operations and Support (SO&S) team, you will work with PTC's Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) product line, providing technical support for Windchill-based PLM environments (SaaS, hosted, or on-premises). You will investigate technical issues, develop solutions, and ensure high-quality service to mission-critical customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice for PLM applications such as Windchill PDMLink and Windchill ProjectLink.
• Log and track issues using PTC’s case management tool (Salesforce).
• Deliver high-quality support services to minimize customer effort and risk.
• Conduct technical trainings, webinars, and mentoring sessions.
• Create and publish knowledge articles for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Identify and recommend training opportunities for team members.
• Support ITIL-based services to ensure continuous quality improvement.

Technical

• Experience with client-server or multi-tier applications.
• Knowledge of databases (Oracle, MS SQL Server) and operating systems (Windows, Linux).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Basic understanding of object-oriented programming, preferably Java.
• Knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, HTML, and XML.

Experience & Qualifications

• 0-1 years of experience in technical support or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or related disciplines.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages (German, French, etc.) is a plus.
