Overview
Your Role
As an Associate Product Analyst, you will provide professional support to PTC’s global customers during India business hours. The role requires applying knowledge of PTC’s PLM product, Windchill, to clarify issues, troubleshoot problems, communicate solutions, and document outcomes for medium to advanced customer queries.
You will also contribute to the PTC Knowledge Base by writing technical articles that capture best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and effective resolutions.

You will help customers achieve their business objectives by delivering technical expertise and guidance related to PTC software solutions. Your support will enable organizations to use the platform more effectively and gain maximum value from their PLM systems.
Your Team
You will be part of an experienced and energetic Windchill PLM support team based in Pune, India. The team collaborates with customers worldwide and works together to deliver technical solutions that help organizations build best in class products using PLM technologies.
Your Day-to-Day
- Assist customers and field teams with configuration issues, installations, and functional troubleshooting related to Windchill products.
- Deliver customer focused support by understanding reported issues and applying product knowledge along with established support processes.
- Build deeper expertise in Windchill installation and functionality and contribute improvements to the PTC Knowledge Base.
- Create software configurations, reproduce reported problems, investigate technical issues, and track their resolution in collaboration with R&D and QA teams.
- Communicate progress and solutions clearly to customers.
- Support the development of technical training materials and documentation.
- Work with global teams to provide consistent support for mission critical customer environments.
Required Skills and Background
- B.E. in Computer Engineering or IT is preferred.
- Candidates with B.E. in Mechanical, E&TC, or Electrical along with CDAC or equivalent certification can also apply.
- 0 to 2 years of experience with Windchill functionality or configuration administration.
- Fresh graduates with strong knowledge of Java and databases are encouraged to apply.
- Basic operating system administration knowledge for Windows or Unix environments.
- Fundamental understanding of networking and system configurations.
Additional Advantage
- Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 8 Programmer.
- Oracle Database Administration Certified Associate.
