Your Role
As an Associate Product Analyst specializing in Windchill Support and Administration, you will provide professional and efficient technical assistance to PTC's global customers during India business hours. Leveraging your knowledge of PTC’s PLM product, Windchill, you will clarify issues, troubleshoot problems, communicate solutions, and document resolutions for medium to advanced customer challenges. You will also contribute to the PTC Knowledge Base by authoring technical articles, capturing best practices, and sharing troubleshooting methodologies.
You will play a pivotal role in enabling customers to achieve their business goals by delivering technical expertise and insights that maximize the value of PTC software solutions.
You will join an experienced and energetic Windchill PLM support team based in Pune, India, collaborating with global colleagues to deliver exceptional technical solutions for customers worldwide.
