Overview
Your Role
As an Associate Product Analyst specializing in Windchill Support and Administration, you will provide professional and efficient technical assistance to PTC's global customers during India business hours. Leveraging your knowledge of PTC’s PLM product, Windchill, you will clarify issues, troubleshoot problems, communicate solutions, and document resolutions for medium to advanced customer challenges. You will also contribute to the PTC Knowledge Base by authoring technical articles, capturing best practices, and sharing troubleshooting methodologies.

You will join an experienced and energetic Windchill PLM support team based in Pune, India, collaborating with global colleagues to deliver exceptional technical solutions for customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and field staff with configuration and troubleshooting for Windchill product installations and functionalities.
- Provide customer-centric service by understanding their issues and applying product knowledge effectively.
- Develop expertise in Windchill installation and functionality, contributing to the evolution of the PTC Knowledge Base.
- Create software configurations, replicate issues, perform technical investigations, and coordinate resolutions with R&D and QA teams.
- Prepare and implement technical training materials and documentation.
- Collaborate with global offices to support mission-critical customer needs.
