You will also contribute to the PTC Knowledge Base by authoring technical articles, capturing best practices, and sharing troubleshooting methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and field staff with configuration and troubleshooting for Windchill product installations and functionalities.
• Provide customer-centric service by understanding their issues and applying product knowledge effectively.
• Develop expertise in Windchill installation and functionality, contributing to the evolution of the PTC Knowledge Base.
• Create software configurations, replicate issues, perform technical investigations, and coordinate resolutions with R&D and QA teams.
• Prepare and implement technical training materials and documentation.
• Collaborate with global offices to support mission-critical customer needs.
