Overview

About the Role

S&P Global Market Intelligence’s Corporate Actions (MCA) service provides a centralized and validated source of corporate action announcements for more than three million equities, fixed income, and structured finance securities across global markets. The service helps customers streamline operations related to collecting, validating, and distributing corporate action information.

The Corporate Actions Product Services team operates across India, Singapore, London, New York, and Dallas. The group handles validation research, client support and onboarding, vendor management, quality control, and strategic support for operational and product initiatives. Analysts review domestic and international corporate action announcements and ensure accurate multi-sourced records for clients.
