About the Role:

This role involves joining a professional global team where you will collaborate and exchange domain knowledge to provide high-level support to the department. Your position will be critical in supporting the PE Profiles workflow, directly impacting the department's KPIs and performance compared to other content teams within the company.

This position offers hands-on experience with world-class formatting and translation tools widely used in multinational companies. You will also have the opportunity to work with colleagues located globally.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for the day-to-day collection and validation of data related to Private Equity firms and funds.
• Once a strong fundamental understanding of the dataset and proficiency in workflows is developed, this role will involve working with new talent to enhance their skill set.
• You will also work on process improvement projects, including LEAN/automation initiatives that support multiple SPGMI products.
• Daily reporting of work performed using reporting tools.
• Timely and appropriate response to emails from co-workers (peers), seniors, and managers.
• Demonstrates aptitude for learning new technologies.

What we're looking for:

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Any graduate, preferably in communications.
• No travel is required for this role.
• Flexibility regarding shift adjustments and willingness to work the night shift is essential.
