Role Overview

The Analytics, Investment and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team, part of the Global Commercial Services (GCS) Marketing organization, acts as the analytical engine supporting the Global Commercial Card business. The team drives profitable acquisition growth through data, analytics, and AI-powered targeting and personalization.

This position is part of the AIM India team in Gurgaon and focuses on proactive retention and card save analytics across the SME segment through marketing and sales distribution channels. The role contributes to significant rbusiness impact, influencing charge volume exceeding $2 billion.

The position requires strong quantitative analysis to determine value, derive insights, and ensure those insights are applied effectively to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and enhance precursors in AI models in collaboration with Decision Science teams and coordinate with Marketing, Risk, and Sales to design targeted customer treatments.
  • Act as a key analytical partner to Marketing and Measurement teams by reporting on digital, field, and phone programs that support growth and retention initiatives.
  • Provide actionable analytical solutions such as triggers and prioritization tiers to help field and phone sales teams focus on the most impactful opportunities.
  • Work with functional leaders, strategic partners, and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities that improve customer engagement and drive revenue growth.
  • Resolve analytical challenges, identify improvement opportunities, define success metrics, and support automation and continuous refinement of analytical frameworks.
  • Generate new insights and business ideas by challenging existing approaches and applying innovative analytical thinking.
  • Maintain strong organization, accountability, and initiative while delivering analytics-driven outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in analytics.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Strong programming ability and experience building models and analytical data products.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies such as GenAI, Big Data, PySpark, Hive, Scala, and Python.
  • Ability to apply statistical and machine learning techniques to business challenges and incorporate ideas from academic or industry research.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholder groups.
  • Capability to present insights and recommendations to business leaders across different organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of statistical techniques including hypothesis testing, regression, KNN, t-test, and chi-square testing.
  • Ability to work independently within a matrix organization while partnering with analytics, technology, and external teams to deliver solutions quickly.
  • Experience working with commercial data and translating insights into measurable business outcomes.
