About the Role
The AI Systems Intern supports the reliability and performance of Intervue’s Agentic Engineering Platform. This position involves working across the lifecycle of AI interactions, from handling raw data inputs to designing and refining prompts, while gradually contributing to engineering tasks.
The role suits individuals who enjoy experimenting with AI systems, analyzing outputs, and improving system behavior through structured testing and technical iteration.
What You Will Do
- Evaluate and refine AI outputs to improve accuracy and reliability.
- Create and adjust prompts to guide AI responses and behavior.
- Review system logs and responses to identify issues, inconsistencies, and patterns.
- Troubleshoot cases where the system produces weak or incorrect outputs.
- Assist with organizing and managing datasets used by AI systems.
- Gradually contribute to backend-related work including APIs, workflows, and system integrations.
Requirements
- Students currently pursuing B.Tech in CSE, IT, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related discipline.
- Prior internship exposure in a related area.
- Basic programming knowledge, preferably Python.
- Understanding of APIs and common data formats such as JSON.
- Familiarity with popular LLM tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Interest in experimentation and improving AI systems through testing.
Good to Have
- Foundational knowledge of databases including SQL or NoSQL.
- Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts through coursework or projects.
- Experience using tools like Excel or Google Sheets for analysis.
- Basic understanding of Git or version control systems.
