About the Role
The R&D Intern will collaborate with internal teams to understand business needs, create reports, and communicate insights. The role primarily focuses on reporting and research activities that support product development and operational improvements.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily and weekly reporting tasks for the reporting manager.
- Research current market trends and gather relevant insights.
- Analyze datasets and share findings with the product team to support upcoming feature development.
- Create prompts to automate research activities and test them for reliability and accuracy.
- Develop technical skill sets used for candidate assessments across various technology roles.
- Conduct detailed research using different tools and sources to build accurate skill frameworks.
- Review and refine internal technical content to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Maintain quality standards and verify the correctness of all produced content.
- Deliver tasks within defined deadlines.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Node.js and JavaScript.
- Previous internship experience in technical roles.
- General awareness of multiple technologies and technical domains.
- Intermediate to advanced research abilities using different tools and resources.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and data analytics.
Additional Qualifications
- Ability to dedicate approximately nine hours per day for work.
- Prior exposure to roles such as technical consultant, rubric developer, research and development, technical support, or subject matter expert is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented and proactive mindset with the ability to work independently as well as within teams.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
- High accuracy in research tasks and report generation.
