About the Role

Siemens Energy is seeking an Agentic AI Developer Intern to join its Transformation of Industry business unit. This position focuses on developing practical AI-driven solutions to support the sales organization, leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and automation tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.
• Create and manage automation workflows with Power Automate to integrate AI solutions with business applications and data sources.
• Develop Python scripts for custom logic, data processing, and API integrations.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Snowflake for data-driven functionalities.
• Connect AI agents to CRM systems like Salesforce to support business and sales operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define AI agent functionalities.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure solution reliability.
• Maintain clear technical documentation for AI agents, integrations, and workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, and generative AI technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

• Academic or project-based experience in AI and/or machine learning.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML principles and generative AI concepts.
• Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.
• Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and integration tasks.
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake.
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
