About the Role
Siemens Energy is seeking an Agentic AI Developer Intern to join its Transformation of Industry business unit. This position focuses on developing practical AI-driven solutions to support the sales organization, leveraging Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI services, and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.
- Create and manage automation workflows with Power Automate to integrate AI solutions with business applications and data sources.
- Develop Python scripts for custom logic, data processing, and API integrations.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as Snowflake for data-driven functionalities.
- Connect AI agents to CRM systems like Salesforce to support business and sales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define AI agent functionalities.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure solution reliability.
- Maintain clear technical documentation for AI agents, integrations, and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Power Platform, Azure AI, and generative AI technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Academic or project-based experience in AI and/or machine learning.
- Basic understanding of AI/ML principles and generative AI concepts.
- Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Services.
- Experience with Power Automate for workflow automation.
- Proficiency in Python for scripting and integration tasks.
- Familiarity with enterprise data platforms like Snowflake.
- Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive, curious, and eager to learn emerging technologies.
About the Team
You will be part of the Value Center ERP team, which drives digital transformation in manufacturing and supports Siemens Energy’s manufacturing objectives. The team delivers high-quality IT, strategy, and technology solutions across the organization.
