What would you do?

You will be part of the Technology for Operations team that acts as a trusted advisor and partner to Accenture Operations. The team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. We work closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. The Tech For Operations (TFO) team provides innovative and secure technologies to help clients build an intelligent operating model, driving exceptional results. Works closely with the sales, offering and delivery teams to identify and build innovative solutions. Tech for Operations involves using technology to improve and streamline business operations. This role includes implementing software solutions, automating processes, and managing IT systems that support operational activities. It also involves analyzing data to optimize performance and ensure efficiency. The goal is to enhance productivity and operational effectiveness through the effective use of technology. Major sub deals include AHO (Application Hosting Operations), ISMT (Infrastructure Management), Intelligent Automation. A methodology to drive automation implementation in AM projects including implementation of automation for reducing ticket-based effort and non-ticket based effort, designing, assembling and implementing an automation solution involving a combination of AI, RPA, custom bots for automated ticket resolution, assisted ticket resolution, ticket analytics, automated monitoring, preventive monitoring, predictive monitoring, self-healing and automated service management and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities

In this role you are required to solve routine problems, largely through precedent and referral to general guidelines. Your expected interactions are within your own team and direct supervisor. You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments. The decisions that you make would impact your own work. You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined, focused scope of work. Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts.
