Role Overview

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies keep online content safe and improve their businesses. The team acts as an important line of defense by improving the quality and safety of online content, and it also tests, evaluates and challenges AI systems and platforms, including generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove or otherwise engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Keep up to date with client policies, generative AI shortcomings, and changes in content moderation and responsible AI regulation, governance and policy.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on sensitive topics such as medical and legal advice.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, refusals, or disclaimers according to client definitions.
• Work with team members to build a full understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses.
• Help develop best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance.

Due to the nature of the role, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, flashing lights, and contrasting light and dark patterns.
