Role Overview

Accenture is a global professional services company with strong capabilities in digital, cloud and security. Its Trust and Safety team helps platform companies improve the quality and safety of online content and supports responsible AI work, including systematic testing and evaluation of AI systems and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove or otherwise act on content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Keep up to date with client policies, generative AI shortcomings and changes in content moderation and responsible AI regulation and governance.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the wider Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas, then assess responses for appropriateness and refusals.
• Work with team members to build a full understanding of responsible AI issues arising from model responses.
• Help develop best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.

Because of the nature of the work, you may be exposed to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights or contrasting light and dark patterns.
