About the Role
This position sits within Workforce Data Admin in HR Service Delivery. The associate supports the delivery of HR services and information to employees, including employee support, benefits administration, onboarding, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Solve routine problems mainly by following precedent and referring to general guidelines.
- Work mainly within your own team and with your direct supervisor.
- Follow detailed instructions for all tasks, with decisions closely supervised.
- Work as an individual contributor within a team, on a predetermined and narrow scope of work.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts, as the role may require.
