Role Overview

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps keep online content safe and supports platform companies in growing their businesses. The team also tests and challenges AI systems and platforms to improve content integrity and safety, including generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Review, classify, remove or engage with content according to client guidelines, using specified tools and channels.
• Keep up to date with client policies, generative AI shortcomings, content moderation advances and responsible AI regulation and governance.
• Investigate complex content issues and relay them to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical and legal advice, and assess their responses for appropriateness.
• Work with team members to build a clear understanding of responsible AI issues and contribute to best practices and policy.

The role may expose you to objectionable or disturbing content. Active participation in Accenture's well-being support program for the Trust & Safety community is required.
