About the Role

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies keep online content safe and improve their businesses. The team acts as an important line of defense, improving the quality and safety of online content while giving hands-on job experience. Team members also test, evaluate and challenge AI systems and platforms to improve integrity, quality and safety, including generative AI.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Review, classify, remove or otherwise engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Keep up to date with changing client policies, generative AI shortcomings, and developments in content moderation and responsible AI regulation and governance.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the wider Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and execute prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas, and assess responses for appropriateness, refusal or added disclaimers per client definitions.
• Collaborate with team members to build a full understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.

The role may expose you to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights and contrasting light and dark patterns.

Requirements

• Strong coping, emotional resilience and stress-management skills.
• Excellent comprehension and communication skills in the required language(s).
• Ability to perform duties objectively, free from personal biases, in the best interest of client policies.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Comfort synthesizing and analyzing information from multiple streams.

Preferred

• Deep familiarity with and passion for responsible AI, the internet, internet platforms and internet culture.
• Strong awareness of political and social situations in the relevant market and region.

Active participation in Accenture's well-being support program for the Trust and Safety community is required.
